The Challenge
During the lockdown of 2020, I was tasked with creating, shooting and editing my own music video in the absence of a safe way to shoot with a crew.
The Solution
The Build
I intentionally went with a lofi result, shooting everything on an iphone, in natural sunlight. It was an enjoyable and creative experience to use the props and locations I had available to me.
The Impact
The video was premiered in CLASH Magazine as part of my second EP release: 'Oh What a God Awful Stupid Idea'. The release was on Island Records, a record company known to have signed artists such as Elton John and Chappell Roan.
